I received a new laptop for christmas from my grandma in the mail. The box had my name on it. I already had a laptop so I went and sold the new one. My mom found out and got mad and said it was not my right to do that and assumed that the laptop was going to be hers. She kicked me out of the house for it, then 2 weeks later she says she spoke to my grandma and told her the situation and what happened and she said she wanted it back and highly incouraged her to press charges..can she even do that?
