Recently I went to a dealership in an attempt to Trade-In and Purchase a new automobile. The Trade-In was a previously purchased Used Car and when the CarFax was ran, it came back with Structural and Frame damage reported. Both of which were reported before my original purchase and was never disclosed to me upon purchase. Do I have legal recourse against that Dealer for nondisclosure because now I am stuck with a vehicle that can not be traded-in?
