My husband and I bought a car 5 days ago and when we bought it at a used car place and the guy told us that the squeaking we heard was from the servaten belt. Well after taking to the mechanic the very next day and found out that its not the belt but the pulley to the air conditioning unit, also that the fuel injection/pump was going out. Also the rear latch will not lock, which we were not told when we purchased it and the seal around the wind shield is loose and lets in alot of wind.
Does this give us any kind of case with the lemon law in Oklahoma. We have a two year and one due in a month and we feel we were token advantage of.

the question is; can you do anything else? What skills do you have that somebody will pay you for, over a Taiwanese person? You dont give us any information. There are a kabillion threads on this.

When you buy a car it is usually recommended that you take someone along who is familiar with cars. I would suggest that you should have checked the full service history - it would have shown the latest MOT and service, and detailed any problems with the car.
This is the trouble with buying a car when you are not familiar with them.
