I was married May 2008. Our photographer lost formal photos from our wedding day that we posed for and others. Example, bride and groom, bride and mother, groom and mother, just the bride, just the groom, the entire wedding party, balloon launch, cake cutting, and much more. We have proof that we sat or she was present for all the photos missing. We have a signed contract stating that she was to provide such photographs. Plus, we paid for an album that we never recieved and an 8x10 portrait that was never given to us. However, she will not give us back any money. Do we have a case? Should we take her to small claims court? Will a lawyer take and assist us with this case?What are our next steps? Please help we dont have any idea what to do about this. The photographer also used pictures from our wedding as advertisment in our local paper without our consent. I cant believe her actions.
