It was last year in Feb. that I was robbed. Lost my purse that had car keys, ID, etc. Jan. 22 my car was stolen and crashed. I figured it was the people who stole my purse. When I found the car, which was before the police... I notified my insurance company and put in all the claims needed. Apparently not only through who I make payments to but to also my full coverage insurance company AND liability company.

Took them over two weeks to tell me my car was not totaled. But according to the full coverage company because there was NO FORCE OF ENTRY they refuse to pay a PENNY. They only covered the tow to their collision shop and the storage fees.

I've been with them for 22 months, and never once put a claim through. I never gave them any grief and I cannot understand WHY they refuse to pay. I had FULL COVERAGE on my car at ALL TIMES. I don't know what else to do.

I took my vehicle out of the shop where they had it so I won't be charged storage fees but they're going to start charging by next week. They gave me an estimate yesterday that was SUPER HIGH, pretty much up to $8,000.00. My body shop said ALL STATE and FARMERS would consider the car TOTALED.

Even if the car is totaled, wouldn't that have to go under COLLISION and the insurance company pay? I'm so lost and heartbroken over this situation. Had I of known there should of been force of entry I would of damaged my own car! How was I to of known? I play it by the ruled with these people.

Please HELP! :(
