In sepetember I petotoned the family court for a downward modification.I never recived a court date so i called the court and they told me my hearing was in december and i didnt show up.they sent my papers to an old adress which I have not lived at since march 2007.when asked why the papers were sent there i was told thats the adress we have on file.I told them I gave them my new adress when i moved and they said but we wont accept your new adress because i gave them an incorrect birthdate for myself.i assured them im pretty sure i know my bithday and told them the date and they said no its inncorrect.meanwhile i call the county clerk at the courthouse and she tells me the date they have on file since 1999 is different then what im telling them now.they want me to sent a certified copy of my birth cert to albany so the propper change can be made so i can fowered.so this is just slowing down the proccess and now it will take several more months before i get my hearing.:mad:
