Hi,
Please help me in this matter...My mom got charged $940.00 in fees (NSF,Overdraft) and wasnt able to pay it off soon because she didnt have funds available...so bank of america..withdrew money from my dads account-the business account ...to satisfy the negative account that he was joint with her.
Is there anything she can do?? Any forms? Any legal action?
