Hello,
Can someone please tell me if I can include a hard money loan when filing for BK. The hard money loan is against my dads commercial property which he owns and does business in....(its a 2nd lien)
I am not the owner -just on title.
I cannot afford the payments...AT ALL..and will be filing a bk on my personal debt...and I REAAAAAAALLLLY NEEDED TO INCLUDE THIS to get back to normal and actually liveee.
