I am an agent and would like to help my client. My client was power of attorney for her aunt who lived in the District of Columbia most of her life. the aunt and my client moved to Vriginia and in less than a year the aunt died in Virginia. Does my client apply for administrator in the State of Virginia or The District of Columbia?
