My siblings work for a woman who never paid them on time or in full. They've had no choice but to leave their jobs there because of her unwillingness to pay.
She owes both of them their final wages and she's refusing to pay.
Under Arkansas state law, we've found she was required to pay them on their regular pay date.
Other than going through the Arkansas Labor Board, what other options of recourse do they have?
