daughter is out of control

my daughter is 15 and lives with her mom. im her dad. we both have full custody. she is staying out all hours of the night, refuses to listen to anyone, back talks and curses her mom. she has even threatened her mom. her mom now wants me to go get her. i want to go get her. but i dont know if i can get into any trouble legally, because my daughter dosnt want to come with me at all because i make her mind and go to school. can me or her mom get into any trouble at all for making her come with me against her will?

Grow a set! Your the parents, both of you, you make the rules. If she makes threats or take criminal actions call Police. In meantime take her internet, cell phone etc etc away until she behaves. I would also suggest family counseling for all of you
