My 17 year old was falsely accused of assaulting his girlfriend. After an extensive investigation, no charges will be brought. Is it possible to sue her through her parents for slander or libel. There has been a stay away order for nearly a year. My son has been harassed by these people. What can I do?

If you want to sue you need monetary or physical damages to claim. If there arent any then just move on life isnt about vengence.
