I was involed in a car accident since November 7, 2008 . I made the claim ASAP to my insurance and they where investigating my claim . My insurance couldn't located this driver , so finally they contacted his insurance . My insurance kind of back off this claim and his insurance is doing the investigation, till now I don't have a answer on getting liability for my car since it wasn't my fault . The other driver refuse to give a statement on base of the accident since it was his fault . He is saying that he's to busy and ect , when it only takes like five to ten minutes for a statement . Well right now i havent got no support and my car is still damage . The question is what can i do??
