How do I get them to stop talking about their sex life????

My brother and his fiance are currently staying with me in the family home. They repeatedly inform me about sexual activities that I have no interest in. I keep telling them I am not interested and don't want to hear it, yet they insist on keeping me informed anyway. Also, while they are having sex she moans very loudly and it can be heard all over the house. Frankly I think what happens behind closed doors should stay there. How do I get them to stop telling me about it??

try to walk away or bring up the issue that she is a guest and doesnt have to stay in your/family home this is very rude in part of your brother but also this is harassment if you tell them to stop and they dont.
