My son should have been emancipated on or about May 7 2007, Ex-wife and I were in court on May 29 2007.She didn't tell me that son had moved out and was not under her care or control. Did she break any laws? Criminal or civil? I filed to regain all support paid from May 2007. I have copy of lease signed by my son on above mentioned date. Is my case rock solid?
