Approximately three years ago i paid a deposit on a business phone service. In October of 2008, i requested the discontinuation of my service and i paid in full all my bills.Telephone company assured me to refund my deposit after my last bill was paid in full. From then to now i have not received the refund on my deposit.Several calls were made.One person from the billing section told me that the refund was in the mail; i waited for three weeks and i did not receive any refund. i called again and another agent from the billing section told me that there was no refund shown in the account. On March 30, 2009 i called again and an agent told me that she was seeing a $200 deposit but she was not seeing where it was used or where it went.She further told me that i will have to wait until the case is investigated. Do i have a case against this telephone company?
