I want to know if I can proceed legally against a supervisor in macys that kick me an my daughter out of the store and said he would call the police if we didn't leave the store. I was walking down aisle pushing my sons strollermy sister in las was holding my 8 year old daughters hand. when out of nowhere we head !YOU NEED TO STOP THAT!. the manger was refferring to my daughter. we look back and ask them if he was telling us and he said yes he said storng in a demaning and high tone of voice she needs to stop. We told that was not the way of talking to a customer and specially to a child. I explained to him that my daughter was a special needs child (mentally retarded) and that she didn't speak and it was hard for her to understand. In a stong tone of voice he said that I need to control her and walk her in the middle of the aisle or in the middle ous where she wouln'd touch the clothes. When my daughter senses aggreviation or feels fear, or gets nervous, she cannot control herself. she will either scream, bite her hair, run off, hit somebody, or spit.MY daguhter sensed fear becuse of his tone of voice and she spit on him. In the momment he "levae the store now or i'am going to call security and tthe police. I kept on repeating that my daughter was dissabled child that it din't take an expert to ralize that just by lloking at her you can tell. all he kept repeating was get out of my store. My daughter kept on saying stop and she was really afraid.

Sometimes people just don't have a good day, perhaps this was the case of this person. I always say I never have a bad day because I won't let someone elses bad day become mine. You could contact Macy's customer service or even this person again, I'd bet they don't feel the same today after they thought about it, but it's just best to move on, you have a wonderful daughter that you can take to many other stores.

Good Luck!

I would personally suggest that you firstly contact the customer service line of the store. This is unacceptabel behaviour from any store clerk and especially of one in Macy's and I am sure they would be very sorry to hear this.

I am sure that they would be able to help compensate for the awful treatment you and your daughter received.
