I recently reported Salliemae to the Better Busniness Bureau for their callous collections tatics. Even if a payment is made or payment arrangements(which is unlikely b/c the reps can't or won't do anything to help in times of financial hardships) I still get almost back to back calls from 3 to 4 different numbers. When I call to complain, I get a rep either overseas or someone who seeming barely graduated high school telling me that the calls will continue b/c its a computer that auto dials and there's nothing to be done. Recently, I was forwarded a letter from SallieMae to the BBB that basically stated that Salliemae can continue to harass me under the Higher Education Act of 1965 and that the same violations that normal lenders would be penalized for under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act doesn't apply. How is it legal for them to do this????:mad::(
