Hello
I live in Vermont and I have a question about evidence. If the statement from a victim in question is videotaped with it being inaudible except for one sentence- does that not violate evidence laws? I interpret Vermont Law to say that one must hear everything including every question and answer. If I am correct why is the judge letting it go even with the protests of the lawyer for the defense. Thank you.
