custody read like this........leagal custody to father and mother and physical custody reads father and mother. And then when you get to custody all it says is visitation-reasonable right of visitation to the party with out physical custody.
I NEED ADVICE WHAT I CAN DO UNTIL WE GO TO COURT......:confused:
-DO THEY HAVE TO GO EVERY WEEKEND? IF THEY DO NOT GO EVERY WEEKEND CAN HE DO ANYTHING IF I CHOOSE TO KEEP THEM HOME ONE WEEKEND?
- HE IS MENTALLY ABUSIVE TO THE GIRLS....THEY ARE SCARED TO ASK AND TELL HIM THINGS, BECAUSE THEY ARE SCARED HOW HE WILL REACT TO THEM.
-THEY EVEN TRY TO FAKE SICK SO THEY DO NOT HAVE TO GO , I STILL MAKE THEM GO.
I HAVE OTHER QUESTION BUT I WIL STICK WITH THESES FOR NOW.
