I need to see a sample Purchase Contract for a multi-unit complex. I am trying to finalize my first deal and need to see what all I should include in the text regarding rent deposits and any other details that I need to include to protect myself.
I am very much aware that the Purchase agreement can vary from state to state, but that is not relevent here as I am primarily interested in protecting myself with the wordage. In fact it would be great if you could email me a copy of an actual contract that you have done, of course blacking out all of the personal info. I just need to see the basic text.
And, I may be dumb, but NOT stupid as I will definitely get an attorney to review the contract that I have written out, but am merely trying to save alittle money with him or her by having it only to be reviewed and not having him to start from scratch. You can email me at tom_rogers_nsp@yahoo.com
