dealership contract break

I was finance my car thru capitalOne, last week i receive a notice that the dealer bought back my loan. I contact the dealer to find out where do I have to keep sending my car payments, now they asking me to re-qualify and get another co-signer for me to continuing driving my car or just to return the car and they will refund my down payment. I don't have any problem making the payments, and it's unfair that just like that I will be without transportation and what about the payments that I already made? my question is Can I ask the dealer to honor me the contract that I signed when i bough the car and continuing making the payments? Or can I ask them to refund me all the payments that I already made on this car? Please help, they want the car back by tomorrow. What can I do legally?:(

Hi,I recently bought a house from a new development. In our contract, it says options are included in the contract, but the options/upgrade company wants payment to them separately. Which contract supercedes the other?Thanks,Jenny
