My father left 90% of his estate to me and 10% to his wife. How does this work when they are still married.

I am no legal expert but from what I have read regarding the subject, the will and testement of the deceased is the final decision. Even if a person is married, if they have stated a wish for 90% to be left to their children then that is how the courts must divide the estate.
Unfortunately, if they are married when he dies then she may insist on a fight in court to try and get more of the estate. If this happens then you may need to hire a solicitor to aid you in the fight.
Good luck!
