Hope someone can help me. I recently went to a Buy Here Pay Here car dealership. I picked out a 2000 Black 4 Door Dodge Intrepid. The dealer stated that he would have the driver side door fixed for it would not open from inside the car and that he would replace the mirror on said side also. The passenger window could not be opened either for it came off track. There was a minor scape on the bumper in front. The tail light on the passenger side needed to be replaced also. The passenger back door needed a bit of work also. He stated that he would get the car ready to pass Inspection.
Well, on the day the dealer delivered my car to me he was involved in an accident with a Greyhound bus. This bus did damage the driver front fender pretty nicely. I was not aware of this dent nor this accident. I looked at this car a month before i was able to give the dealer the total down payment for this car and could not remember if there was a dent on the drivers side. Yesterday 5/12/09 i was informed that the dealer did in fact have an accident on the way here delivering my car to me. He never told me about said accident. My friend came clean with me about it for he was a witness to the accident. I know some friend right. I recently took the car for an oil change and new brakes and rotors. Now the cars engine light it on and the car is bucking. I want my monies I invested in this car back. Does anyone think I have a good case here? Please help if you can. I have many health problems and this dealer is truly making them worst. Thank you:(
