Can husband & mother-in-law be "charged" with contributing to life long injuries (broken back, neck, traumatic brain injury, Coma 5 mos) following a near fatal accident, after "stress-induced seizure" (I drove off bridge). 3 years prior, emotional & 7 physical incidents, significant evidence of on line affairs, & 2 previous affairs. Never came to hospital, his mother will not acknowledge our adopted children, & blames me for affairs & wants me to be quiet.
After accident, doc said, "NO STRESS" or next seizure could kill. Husb and in law, upped the stress, did not pay house, home in foreclosure, I had 2nd seizure almost die (have anerysm, way too young 4 this)...think they want me to commit suicide, many more awful incidents. I owned successful biz., he ran it into ground while I was ill, gave his mom $440K.
