Please help, my ex partner and i own a house together but now we have seperated i have asked him to sell. The property isnt occupied but my ex has stated to me that she will not sell unless we receives the amount we paid, i have said that in the current economic climate this is unreasonable but to no avail, she continues to maintain this stance. Is there legally anyway to make my ex agree to sell or to take myself off the mortgage (which she refuses to allow me to do) or if i refuse to pay my portion of the repayments is there legally any action she could atke against me? Please help as this is a situation is becoming very stressfull. She refuses to take an advice and refuses to shift in her decision.
