My brother was dating a young lady, moved her in and had a child with her who is now 4 months old. They are still living together but are not dating. He wants her out and he is interested in full custody but he is afraid to bring it up b/c he is afraid that she will leave with the child. He is the primary provider of the household and plus she has a six year old that is living with her father. His would like her to cooperate and just let him have primary custody of his son but he isn't sure she will go along with that. What steps should he take to get custoday of his son? Also, he didn't get a blood test but would like to legitimate. What should he do. Please help. He really want to do what's best for his son.
