The house next door to my family is a rent house. We had a horrible ice storm here a couple of years ago and a tree from the yard next door was damaged badly. One of the largest branches of this tree has been hanging dead over my backyard every since. We have notified the landlord that this is a dangerous situation but have not received a response. My two young boys and alot of the neighborhood kids play in my back yard and it is definitely unsafe in its current state. Can someone tell me my options?:confused:
