My daughter was born in CA in 99. Her father has never paid support or seen her. He told me a few weeks after she was born that he wanted nothing to do with her because she looks nothing like him. He refused a military paternity test. I tried to give him another chance by contacting him on myspace but he said that the thing that I talk about is non-existince to him and to never contact him again. My husband wants to adopt her. There is no father on the birth certificate because he told me not to put his name on it. I can't find him now! I want to have my husband adopt her but dont know what to do....
