hi,
my ex husband bought a car when we were married and i co signed for it. when we got divorced he was supposed to refinance it under his name so i wouldn't have anything to do with it, but he didn't and it got repossessed. now they are asking both of us for the money. what can i do? he told me he was going to file for bankruptcy so that means they will come after me for it. please help me.
