I have a 6 year old daughter who has asthma. She was born a month early and has had respiratory problems all her life. Her father and I are not together and he lives with his mom. His mother is a chain smoker and smokes in the house, and we all know that aggrivates asthma. I constantly fight with him about having her around it and her coming home smelling like smoke. I do not know what to do about getting a court order that she is not allowed to be in that house. I hate to do this to him but I have to put my daughters health first. Any advice?
