I have been laid off for 8 months. My last employer has me listed as a part of his company on his web site. Does anyone have advice as to if this is legal? I no longer am working for the man, but he claims that I am listed as his "Lead Designer" with over 13 years experience and have been intricately involved with design of his line of equipment. This is all nice, but he is gaining the bragging rights for something that he does not have. I have asked through email several times to him, the HR dept. head, and the Operations Mgr. to have this error corrected. I also feel that my name may have been used in designs after my lay off. I just want a clean break from the company and any association. I want to note that I am not looking for any compensation either, just not sure where to post. Thanks
