ok my husband was in jail in virginia beach va. he got out and lied and said he did'nt have probation. Well he was arrested again in franklin co (?) for trying to steal something worth more than 200 dollars, (still in jail) and he keeps giving a false name. I just verified that he did violate his probation and original sentence was 4 years-3 years suspended. will he have to serve out those 4 years
