It's been about 1 year that i agreed to purchase a small commercial property, to make a long story shorter:
Property closed in my name in January 2009
Property was held in RECEIVERSHIP due to previous owner problems, he sign off after being told by the BANKER, that it would be automatically resolved, IT WAS NOT, now the previous seller, has been found in contempt of court, for selling the property after being told not to. (this was filed at the county DEEDS.
Because of all this the RECEIVER claims, that they own the property for the Town ? and if I tried to make entry I would be arrested. But the property is legally registered in my name.
DO I HAVE A CASE AGAINST SOMEONE ?
My locate attorney does not want to get involved, due to the fact that he knows most of the players in this case and has, off the record, claims that the selling attorney never should have allowed the sale to go through, and I should never have had a title policy issued to me
I'm not asking for this case to be solved on line, but I do need some legal advice from a competent attorney, that has the guts to sue another lawyer, and not back down once the case is taken.
I have some money, but nothing near what I have been requested to pay upfront.
No one has ever asked me how much justice can I afford...so now it looks like I am stuck, no matter how right I may or may not be.
