i was resently in an accident where the light was green so i proceeded through it and someone turned left in front of me, it was night time and raining pretty hard. no witnesses and she claims (:mad:) in her statement that she was proceeding through a yellow to red light. now her insurence wont pay, they say nether is at more fault. do i have any kind of case here?
