Have legal questions about general civil law in Kansas. Need help quick. Open case to reappear in court on July nth.
1) Can Opposing council act as the court reporter.
2) Can I request that a minor child be asked to testify, if the Judge has used the child's answers from a third party to make a decision in the court.
3) How can I get a change of venue due to prejudice.
4) How can I get a change in Lawyers due to no confidence.
