Hello,

My name is Mary Marks. I was served to go to court over a billing issue. I know I am in the wrong by not making payments, but I have told them on several occassions that I have limited funds. I am a full time student with no job. I want to make payments but they don't want to except what I can pay them each month. I have even though about filing for Bankruptcy but that would only put in the hole deeper. I even called a few times and was hung up on. What would you suggest that I do in this situation, since I want to make payments but can only afford so much a month, and there may be a chance that I won't be able to pay every month since I am limited to my cash flow. I do recieve funding from the government and that is about every 4 to months, which I will be paying down a little each time my school loans as well. Please let me know what I should do.

Sincerely,
Mary Marks
