death threat

recieved a death threat on my phone text,this is for real made a report with local law office,this came from a man in germany that had visited me the threat came after he went back, i sleep with a loaded weapon,can the law ban him from ever coming back to the usa? i still have his text on my phone along with his german phone number he used to text me, also copys of his pass port, some one please help, this issue is not anything to laugh about
