Need Help!

I bought a 1998 olds aurora in 12/06 I live in Des Moines, Ia and I bought the car from a shady dealership, when I bought the car it had a fuel problem it didnt want to start after sitting for 30 mins didnt find that out until I took it home, the dealer promised to fix it but never did, so now the car runs like crap and I dont know what to do because I bought as is, I still have payments what can I do?

WEll here is what you do....You write them a letter putting the dates that you had called and complained. They cannot by law sell you a vehicle that is not working properly. Give them ten days to fix the problem or you will see them in court. Be sure to document everything that has happened so far.

Also call up the better business bureau in your state. they will also help you fight this, after you fill out a form. then you have a third party involved which is a good thing. Hope this helps
