I live in a condominium with my boyfriend. My name is the only one on the condo, but he has been living here for about 6 months. Last night, his car was burglarized while parked in my assigned parking space. All, and I mean all, of the parking lot lights were out awaiting repair from the condo association. My question is, can I hold the association liable for damages and stolen property? I would appreciate your input. Thank you!
