I been victim of domestic violence for 15 years.I'm a student,mother and also I have health issues.since I couldnt manage I trow my husband out of the house because of the intolerable situation.Days later I had an ansiety attack and I end up in the psych area of a hospital for 5 days. I met a guy there, someone to talk to. when we got out we stayed in touch and even support eachother with text messages during the whole night due to our lack of sleep. Anyway one day he got concern that my husband were here fixing things around the house and since I didnt answer the phone or text his brother drop him off at 12am and took off. I let him stay here for the night. I slept with my daughter,10 ys in my room and my 12 year boy. The next day my husband showed up at 6am so me and my daughter hide my friend in the closet afraid of what might happen if he see a man here. Still he found my friend but thanks god nothing happened because my kids were present. I have my concience clean that nothing sexually happen between us but obviously my husband think otherwise, I cant blame him. still I filed a injunction afraid of what he might do and the judge granted cause of my history of domestic violence but still I wonder if I can be charger of adultery?

We are having considerable difficulty finding an individual who will talk to us about surviving or living in a domestic abuse situation. We are conducting a needs assessment of our city and would love input from the gay community. Any identifying information will be strictly CONFIDENTIAL. This project will only be shown once to a sexuality class in a MSW masters of social work program. Any help that you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

i dont imagine that you would be but if this is something that is really concerning you why not approach someone for legal advice, many clinics and such offer a free service

I went to the emergency room and they said it would be a possible miscarriage but it never happened . Now i am in a confidential shelter hoping he will not track my phone or trace where i am at!!!:(
