We are being sued for a charge back in 07 of a medical bill on my husband. I decided to call the insurance co. (BCBS) and they are sending me proof that the charge for my husbands procedure was never filed. We were at this office 3 times, and had to show our insurance card etc. each time. Now, we find out they never even filed. We plan on fighting this.
