While on vacation(El Salvador), my husband gave my mom permission to pick up his checks, payday is Saturday. Sunday night, boss's wife calls me and says, someone has told her husband (she was also on vacation,same country) that she was hitting on my husband while he was on vacation the prior month, so he called her pissed off. She told him that it was the other way around. So we came back on the 21, went to pick up his paychecks, he did not let him, said he had to wait till Saturday. By the 21st he owed me two check (I get paid weekly). So I wrote him a letter, put it in his mailbox, telling him, it was illegal for him to withhold the checks. So we go today the 25 to get his check and he wants my husband to sign a letter saying he is being terminated for sexual harassment against his wife. Of course he did not sign. He said it was fine, that if he didn't sign we would still be recieviing a letter in the mail from court. Now, he never hit on his wife, his wife never hit on my husband, but told me when she called that she told him this because he is very short tempered, so this all started because of a rumor. What should we do!!!!:mad:
