I was renting from my son in law and had his and my daughters three kids. My daughter often time stayed their too, although I paid $800 a month rent. We had a house fire which displaced me and the kids. I filed a claim, but a month later the insurance company said I had to answer numerous questions for investigation purposes. My daughter was arrested for arson but she states she did not start the fire. She has gone to court twice about this and each time no one from the fire department or the other side shows up. Meanwhile the insurance company is refusing to pay my claim. (They did once advance me $2500) Since then we have run out of money. What can I do, or is there anything I can do?:confused::confused:
