I filed a petition to have my support lowered in suffolk county new york last year a hearing was in december they mailed my appointment to an adress I havent lived in in 2 years so i was a no show.they were notified of my new adress and I had recived notices at my new adress prior.now the latest is I refiled and was denied a hearing because lack of info on my petition.I dont know my sons adress or ss# as well as there telling me my birth-date is incorrect.Im pretty sure I know when I was born.they want me to send them a copy of my #ss card - birth cert-and drivers licence to prove my birthdate.so all along they have had my birthdate incorrect I checked my records even the slip for my blood test is wrong it has another date on it so theres 3 birtdates for me on my case.can I have my case thrown out and make them retest me
