I'm not quite sure where to post this, since we really don't have a health section, so I hope this forum is okay.
My husband and his crew are currently working at power plant in Tennessee that is being built. Yesterday they were given some ice water, and some of the men became ill. They later found out the ice had been contaminated with sewage water. Is there a chance of a class action suit here?
