I was in an accident where I was stopped at an intersection waiting for on-coming traffic to pass so I could turn left when I was rear-ended. My car was spun around 360 and went off the highway into a ditch. I and my passengers were knocked unconcious for a short time. We were all took to the hospital by ambulance. The other driver has ommitted fault and such was the police report. Her insurance company has replaced my vehicle and made a friendly suit for my passengers, but now wants to deny me and all my medical because I got a dui that night at the hospital. What should I do?
