my sister has worked for a doctor for 30 years. now they are telling her she makes too much money for an LPN and has "maxed out" as far as salary is concerned! This includes not even giving her a cost of living raise! The doctors in this practice have caused her so much stress and anxiety over the past 8 months that she has had to take medications for depression and she has lost all her hair. I want to know if there is any legal recourse she has to make them treat her fairly. i feel they are trying to make her so miserable that she will quit and they won't have any obligations to her. Any thoughts?
