my fiancee is incarecerated. while in prison a court date was set for him for child support. the court and the child support office both know he is in prison and where he is being held. because he did not show up for his court date they have issued a warrant for his arrest. he is to be released from prison on oct.10th. we have been advised that the county will pick him up and take him to the county jail to be held. what can be done??? if they wanted him there so bad why did they not pick him up? do we have any options?
