Hi,
I am hiring 2 agents to book travel packages on a commission basis only.
What legal forms do I need them to fill out for tax purposes?
Do I have to have contracts outlining the terms?
They will also be working with me on other areas of the business that does not involve travel, i.e., Wedding Coordinating--the profits will be disbursed evenly between the three of us. How are they categorized for this? Are they employees??? If so, what forms should they fill out for tax purposes?
